The site features stylish design and a user-friendly layout, including sleek image sliders, cool photography, and detailed descriptions of services available and events upcoming.

Another Planet Event Group’s primary event services include live branded experiences that reach audiences in new ways, communicating brand and product messaging through live shows. They offer event planning services and have strong relationships with artists, venues, and local vendors.

The new site is part of the Another Planet Entertainment family. APE was founded in 2003, presenting concerts from world class musicians such as Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band and the Dave Matthews Band. They have since produced shows for Paul McCartney, Radiohead, Neil Young, Daft Punk, Arcade Fire, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, and a long list of other top notch bands.

APE’s newest site is prepared to give artists, fans, and venue owners the best possible experience with information about shows, available venues, and current news.

NorthBayCouncil.org is Ready to Support Its (Virtual & Regional) Community!

Along with a complete redesign and update to the North Bay Council’s site, the web development team has instituted a blog, member log in, event ticket purchasing option through Google Checkout, and newsletter signup form.

There is also a public events calendar, though the member log in grants users access to a members only calendar too. Additionally, all email addresses and other information submitted to the newsletter signup is securely collected via Constant Contact.

The North Bay Council is a public policy advocacy organization which provides assistance in the form of leadership. The Council’s primary goal is to support the North Bay in ways to ensure sustainability, prosperity, and innovative.   As business and civic leaders, the seek to bolster economic health through better education, infrastructure, and governance. They want their region to be a better place to live and work.

The North Bay Council has been around for 21 years, and looks forward to supporting the community with events, news, and other information about the business, life, and financial health in the area.

Wow Sally Horchow, That’s a Very Good Looking Site!

After many successful Zend powered sites, Yii allows our design team to make our services even more user and content creator friendly. Clients will now have the ability to access and edit site information more easily.

Very Good Looking (VGL) has been seamlessly integrated with a variety of 3rd party web-based applications. It has a fully functioning Facebook interface and a crystal clear Vimeo media player. In addition, the site has a built-in newsletter and VGL deals signup form which is powered by Constant Contact.

All these new features will certainly be great for Sally as she continues to build the best style video blog on the web. In fact, her new site will really blow your socks off (regardless of how stylish they are).

The Ocean Foundation: Supporting Those Who Protect Healthy Oceans

The site was designed to offer support to a community of organizations committed to protecting ocean environments from the trend of destructive behavior around the world. It is highly stylized and made to enhance the user experience.

With a creative photo slider and easy-to-use tabs, the new site offers a system for newsletter signup, donation collection, photo & video content uploading, and financial advisory toolkit sharing. WSD also conducted a professional search engine optimization (SEO) audit of the OceanFDN site. From this, an SEO framework has been implemented which will hopefully lead to further optimization of their site.

The OceanFDN site connects donors who care about the coasts and oceans with organizations looking for grants and other support. Their portfolio ranges from local to global projects and reaches across the U.S., and as far as Barcelona, Spain.

The Ocean Foundation not only facilitates project financing, but it also provides consulting and general advice to its organization partners. To accomodate this, WSD has designed an OceanFDN Blog and Virtual Newsroom on the website, so The Ocean Foundation can more effectively communicate with its fans and other community members.

These features will allow OceanFDN.org to continue to strive towards its organizational goal: “Tell Us What You Want To Do For The Ocean, We Will Take Care Of The Rest.”

Clapper, Patti, Schweizer & Mason’s Fight for the Legal Rights of Mesothelioma Victims

Websight Design has just completed the redesign of mesothelioma-attorney.com.

Clapper Patti Scheizer & Mason has been a client of ours for many years. This new web site was an interesting Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing project.

We have worked hand in hand with Bothwell Marketing- a colleague of ours specializing in design for law firms. We took the new design, and placed it on top of Clapper Patti’s existing code base, which we wrote and manage. The client was able to get a fresh new “face,” without having to do a complete re-working of the site’s code. So the site looks new on the outside, but still has all the programming features on the inside, and they didn’t lose any data or search engine positioning.

Clapper Patti has been working with Bothwell to revamp their print campaign. The redesign of the website went hand-in-hand with this marketing effort.

We also used the new design theme to update the layouts of the Pay Per Click pages. These are standalone web pages that users land on if they click on an ad for the law firm that they see on another web site. With PPC pages, we are able to help the client track which keywords are generating interest and convert them into form submissions, which translate into leads for the law firm.

The new homepage emphasizes how Clapper Patti can help and has helped victims of mesothelioma.

Discover Arizona’s Number One Casino

We are particularly proud to present you the new web site of Cliff Castle Casino Hotel, the favorite casino destination resort in Arizona.

Their previous site was outdated and didn’t reflect the extent of what the resort had to offer by way of gambling, restaurants, entertainment, and lodging.

We redesigned the user interface to put the focus on the spectacular photos of their venue. The compelling photos provide eye candy and visual interest. The updated navigation makes finding your way around the site easier. A red, black, and gold-toned color scheme reflects the rich history of the Yavapai-Apache tribe, as well as the upscale nature of the resort.

As far as programming, we established a visitor conversion funnel to become a player club member and integrated third-party reservation software, so that users can book their stay online.

We also built a really extensive content management system, which allows Cliff Castle to update the photos and the content on each page, as well as upload PDFs to advertise getaway specials, showcase restaurant menus, and provide more information on the venues.

Additionally, there are administrative functions in the content management system to manage their player club members.

In the future a mobile version of the web site will be produced.
