Our client came to us with a database that required restoring every year. Along with a PHP rebuild of the original ColdFusion site, we have set up a continuous database, making it simple for the Center to keep track of participants year after year.

In the past, the site only accepted family and individual signups. We have added team registry capabilities. With this addition, team captains can sign up and then invite members to join them. Captains are able to manage their team profile, comments, donations, and photos.

The new features will allow WCRC to focus more on raising money and having a successful event rather than spending time dealing with website inefficiencies.

Held on October 2 and 3, Swim a Mile is a non-competitive fundraising event for all ages and abilities. Participants are asked to raise $350 in donations and can swim or water walk the distance. Proceeds will directly benefit WCRC clients.

Smart Meetings is a magazine dedicated to providing event planners with up-to-date trends, information, and destinations of the Western region of the US. With over 2,000 hotels listed on the site and an enormous database, we took the old underlying database structure and efficiently modified it to fit the new site rather than re-inputing the data into another format.

Among other various benefits for our client, the new site will:

• Improve site conversion
• Increase advertising revenue

Decreasing Website Management

A few of the framework upgrades showcased in this project include a more modularized website, in-line editing, and skinning of the site administrator. Additionally, deeply integrated with Word Press, the News/Videos section of the website pulls media from the blog when they have been tagged in given categories.

Improving Site Conversion

The RFP process, the primary conversion goal, has been setup based on APEX industry standards and allows planners to request information directly from hotels. The new site design, conversion funnel, and content additions create clear calls to action that will increase the number of RFPs completed.

User registration and modules for event planners and hotels are specifically tailored to fit the needs of each user base. Users can manage contact information and RFPs as well as register for events.

Increasing Advertising Revenue

Because Smart Meetings’ revenue comes from the banner ads displayed on the site, we provided the client with Double Click integration that targets ads by the content of each page. With print media and advertising on the decline, we have provided the client with a strong source of online ad based revenue.

WebSight Design’s recent redesign of STDandHIVtesting.com has launched and is already receiving positive results.

Our client came to us in need of change- its website and online marketing efforts were not meeting the desired goals of the business.  After careful analysis, WSD developed a solution that would differentiate the company from others in its market while delivering the leads and online exposure necessary for it to succeed in its competitive niche.

The first step was a complete overhaul of the previous design. With the new look completed and live, we have begun rolling out a multi-pronged online marketing campaign, which, among other elements, will focus on search and social media.

The company came to us with a website and vendor that did not fit the long-term needs of its business. With this in mind, our objective was to build a site that would help our client reach its revenue goals by improving its shopping cart and increasing lead generation.

When a site visitor signs up for a free trial of the product, they are automatically enrolled in a continuity program. After a set time, he/she will be charged and begin receiving more of the product.

With a backend administrator integrated with Authorize.net, a payment gateway for online merchants, and its Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) tool, the custom shopping cart solution was uniquely geared towards the website’s specific requirements of these subscription-based transactions.

Through a robust content management system (CMS), Amari Cream has a user permission module that allows employees to use the site administrator like a terminal. Here, the client can assign an unlimited amount of users access to the admin while controlling their permissions. This gives phone operators the ability to unsubscribe and subscribe customers from Authorize.net, as well as manage account information.

Also through the CMS, Amari Cream can maintain the dynamic portions of its website. Unlike the system it had prior to coming to WebSight Design, this CMS is custom tailored to its needs and gives our client the ability to perform site maintenance without incurring additional charges.

Amari Cream, a colorless and odorless compound, is used for added protection against the risk acquiring certain STDs. Developed by one of the nation’s leading obstetrician gynecologists, Amari Cream aims to educate and help prevent the spread of new STD infections, which according to the CDC will reach approximately 19 million this year.

This professional and modern looking site highlights the client’s real estate background and success, as well as his current featured properties.

Through various home-buying resources on the website, visitors can learn about the towns that make up Marin county, the region in which Beat Bossart specializes.  Additionally, he provides access to a mortgage calculator and market conditions.

As requested by the client, we provided him with a robust content management system. The property module and page manager in the site administrator allow Bossart to maintain the dynamic portions of his website.

Through the property module, the client is able to add, edit, and delete properties. The page manager gives him the ability to conveniently adjust site content that needs to be updated frequently, such as the testimonials section and homepage.

Additionally, we developed a database in the content management system that archives the leads generated through the contact form on the front end of the site.

Home Toggle is the new real estate valuation method he created. It is based on the consensus of the real estate community and can be used in conjunction with or as an alternative to the comparison method.

The valuation number comes from three factors: property structure, the lot and location value, and a “wow factor.”  It takes into account numbers from past sales and current appraisals.

Currently in a beta stage and continuously evolving, Home Toggle is for the use of realtors, home buyers and appraisers, and any others interested in real estate.

The website was made in conjunction with Mud Worldwide, a design agency that happens to be located in Sausalito only a couple of blocks away from our offices.

After coming up with a design that would entice consumers and help the client reach its conversion goals, Mud contracted us to do the production and programming of the site.

Developed with the particular needs of Cartelligent in mind, the site has content that is easily edited through the site administrator and a seamless integration with Salesforce.

This feature allows the information filled out in the consultation form to be sent to the content management system developed by WebSight Design as well as Cartelligent’s account with Salesforce. From there, Cartelligent consultants can easily update and build upon a prospective car buyer’s profile as the car searching process continues.
