WebSight Design Helps Realtor Launch New Property Valuation Tool

WebSight Design recently developed HomeToggle, an additional site for realtor client, David DuPont.

David DuPont runs The DuPont Group, a real estate team that falls under the Decker Bullock Sotheby’s Realty umbrella. Using his over 15 years of real estate and business experience, David realized that there needed to be a new way of valuing homes, especially with the current economic climate.

Home Toggle is the new real estate valuation method he created. It is based on the consensus of the real estate community and can be used in conjunction with or as an alternative to the comparison method.

The valuation number comes from three factors: property structure, the lot and location value, and a “wow factor.”  It takes into account numbers from past sales and current appraisals.

Currently in a beta stage and continuously evolving, Home Toggle is for the use of realtors, home buyers and appraisers, and any others interested in real estate.

We Create Online Home for Sausalito Favorite, Louie’s Deli

WebSight Design is happy to announce the debut of Louie’s Deli Café’s first website.

Owned by Maurice and Vivian Franjieh, Louie’s Deli has been serving Sausalito since 1986. For 12 years, members of the WSD team have been frequent visitors of the café, located just a short walk from the office, and can attest to its delicious homemade food.

Designed and developed by WebSight Design, the site consists of a menu page, contact information for catering needs, restaurant location, and a convenient contact form for question or comment submissions.

To increase the online presence of this local favorite, we implemented an SEO campaign that included elements such as the creation of page titles and meta descriptions, as well as the installation of Google Analytics.

Commercial Real Estate Company, Creative Development, Gets a Site Redesign

Now with a newly launched web site, Creative Development first came to WebSight Design looking for a site redesign and to improve its search engine optimization.

Creative Development has been buying and operating commercial real estate since 1970. With its new site, potential buyers and renters can easily view property specs, locations, photos, and pricing information.

Added with the new site design are a forum and, for user convenience, a contact form.

To give Creative Development the ability to easily control the content on its site, we developed a custom site administrator tailored to its specific needs. Using this system, the client can manage its property listings and view its contact submissions.

With the goals and requests of the client in mind, an SEO campaign was executed. This included elements such as keyword selection, meta and alt tags, and optimized site content. Google Analytics was installed to track and analyze the results of the SEO implementation.
